Sailor Pluto

Sailor Pluto first appeared at the end of Sailor Moon R, as guardian of the gates of time. She is especially close to Small Lady (Chibi Usa/Rini). Her real (human/mortal) name is Meiou Setsuna. Setsuna is always popping up to help the others out and give them advise (such as in the later part of Sailor Stars when she kept coming out of nowhere to give her input as to what to do about the Sailor Starlights).
